Use of the cheapest contractor possible just to get a piece of paper is seriously looked down upon by the courts.

Many property owners and landlords still do not realise they are responsible, for engaging these people.

And are legally liable for sub-standard works and reports under the LAW.

Case history has proven countless times, that you must do your due diligence and check the inspector’s credentials.

Don’t just assume a Badge means they know what they are doing it is up to you to check, and failure to do so leaves you liable under the LAW.
